BANANA ICE CREAM

MDr Food Nutri Banana Powder -15 gm
Milk-250 ml
Egg-1 Nos
sugar-120 gm
Vanila Essence

 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix egg yolk and sugar thoroughly.
2. Mix milk and cook the mixture over a low flame stirring well
3. Make a paste of Dr Food Nutri Banana Powder in cold milk and add to the mixture
4. when the custard thickness, remove from the fire and add beaten egg white little and mix well
5. Add Essence after cooling
6. cover it and place it in freezer for 2 hrs and then whip it again and replace in the freezer until the ice cream is set
