High protein Oats Smoothie

High protein oats smoothie
1/3 Dr Food Oats
1 tbsp Flax seeds
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 fully Ripened banana
1 stick Cinnamon
1 tbs raw Cocoa powder
Dates- 3-4

1. Take 1/3 of Dr Food Oats in a bowl
2. Add some water and soak it for 5- 10 minutes( Helps to remove phytic acid content)
3. Soak cashew for 10 minute
4. Put it in mixer add 1 tbsp of flax seed, chia seeds and cocoa powder
5. Add 3- 4 seedless dates to the mixer
6. Add 1 stick of cinnamon
7. Add a fully ripened banana into the mixture
8. Mix well , and garnish with chocochips and dry fruits
