Dr Food Oats
Milk
Ghee
Sugar
Cashew
Saffron
Cardamon powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat ghee and fry the cashew until brown and keep it aside
2. Add Oats into the pan and fry it until brown
3. Pour milk and mix well and cook until oats kheer turn thick
4. Add cardamon powder, sugar and mix well until it dissolves
5. Put a little ghee and stir well
6. Remove Oats payasam from the pan in a serving bowl and garnish with saffron and nuts
