oats smoothie

Dr Food Nutri Banaplus
Dates – 3-4Nos
Milk – 1/2 cup
Ice cubes – as required
Sugar/Jaggery/Honey – as required
Nuts/Dry fruits for garnishing



  1. Roast Dr food Banaplus for 3- 4 min in a roasting pan
  2. Put roasted banaplus, 3-4 dates, ½ cup of milk (depending on the thickness) in a blending jar
  3. Blend till smooth. While blending add some ice cubes if u want
  4. Smoothen the smoothie with sugar jaggery or honey
  5. Pour smoothie in a glass jar, garnish with dry fruits and nuts
