Dr Food Oats-250 gm
Cashew and peanuts
1. Roast one cup of Dr food oats for 3-4 min keep it aside.
2. Add 1 tbs of oil, Mustard, Cumin seed, cashew and peanuts
3. Add chopped onion, Green chillies, Curry leaves and vegetables as needed
Stir and add half a cup of water
4. Cook for 10 min and add roasted oats
5. Stir and add salt as required
6. Cover with a pan and stand for 5 min
7. Serve as breakfast or as an evening snack with your favourite hot drink.
